Grand Canyon Brewing Distillery

I always eat at the williams location however ened up in flag for a couple of nights, so I thought I would stop in. To start, I waited for about 5 mins at the host desk with no one to show up, so I just helped myself to the bar. The bartender was nice. I ordered the prickly pear wheat beer. Beer was definitely not cold and more on the room temperature, which was sad. I ordered fried pickles to start. Breading was great as always, but the pickles were mush and only ate 1, unfortunately. I moved on to the NY steak dinner. Salad came out first an was fine, Steak was cooked as asked but was not the best NY cut unfortunately this time around, mash potatoes were very loose more on the liquid side with a very sour test. The broccoli was overcooked and crispy burnt. I ordered the citrus bourbon cheese cake and another let down as it was Luke warm with what looked to be old wilted strawberries. I am really extremely disappointed to where I don't really think I will bother coming back to this location. Really seems like so much disconnect compared to the williams location which always has very cold beer and very great food.

Decided to try this spot. Before I go in I will say that they did comp our entire meal however the food was terrible. We ordered cheese curds all the cheese was cooked outside of the breading when it was delivered it was one clump of melted cheese and breading. Spinach artichoke dip was great. We ordered the ny strip entree , well I wouldn’t Recommend they were barely warm when brought to table and presentation was good the first bite was god aweful it tasted as though they boiled the steak in broth and covered outside with what looked like a ton of seasoning but nope very bland and wasn’t cooked to order. Son ordered a burger med it came out rare he couldn’t eat it. JUST DONT WASTE

I was so excited to go as I am from out of town and I love breweries. The service was terrible. The beer tasted like Miller Lite. And the food was sub par. I waited so long for my meal and when it came it was completely wrong. Then it took another 30 mins to get the replacement. I will not be back nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Food was great! Had the Canyon Burger with vegan cheese and sweet potato waffle fries (which the serve with house made ranch). Had an Hazy IPA Dead Hanger, pretty good, needed more citrus. Atmosphere was a bit noisy for as little of a crowd was in there. Overall, good service, good food, served with a smile and quickly! ?Vegetarian options: They will try to make any menu items vegetarian if they can. They offer options!!!

My husband and I went around noon today. We were promptly seated on the patio. The restaurant was moderately busy. Two servers walked by our table multiple times and never greeted us. One of the servers that ignored us was there when we were seated. After 15 minutes of no service we left. Also new since the last time we were here was serve yourself water, tea, and soda. For sit down service this is not acceptable to me. In the past this place was really good, not anymore
