Pizza Hut - Flagstaff

After a challenging week filled with vacation mishaps, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff at this Pizza Hut. They consistently checked in on us and went out of their way to make up for the oversight of forgetting my bell peppers by offering my group a complimentary pizza. Michael stood out as one of the best Pizza Hut employees I’ve ever encountered. His enthusiasm for his work was evident, and he kept us entertained throughout our visit.

Honesty I have never knowingly had Pizza Hut until tonight and was surprisingly pleased! Pizza was delivered within 30-minutes on a Friday night. Everything was perfectly baked and hella tasty. Our driver managed to find us in a place with poor signage and took directions like a champ. Funk yes, Pizza Hut Flagstaff. Funk yes.

The pizza was delicious, and the server was friendly and attentive. I gave a four-star rating primarily because of the cleanliness, which might have been affected by the time of day we visited. We arrived at 5:00 PM, and while I expected it to be busy, it wasn't. However, since I'm from out of town, I'm not familiar with their peak hours, and they might have been in the middle of a shift change.

Our server was very nice and helped with everything my mom wanted while not giving attitude. Pizza was so good along with the bread sticks. Very clean and enough people to feel comfortable and not crowded.

We visited this restaurant for a birthday celebration with our grandson and had a wonderful time. While most of our meal was nearly perfect (the breadsticks were a bit dry and lacked flavor), the pizza was fantastic! What truly earned this place a five-star rating was our server and the ambiance. The restaurant was clean and not busy at all, which made for a pleasant experience. Our server (I wish I could remember his name) was exceptional! He provided everything we requested, from extra sauce and drink refills to a knife for the cake and assistance with serving. He even joined us for a slice of cake! Overall, this is a fantastic location!
