Sushi Fuji - Flagstaff

I have previously written about Hiro's, another excellent sushi restaurant in Flagstaff, but after a somewhat rocky start a few months ago, Fuji has become my go-to for sushi. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is that their cooked dishes—like the tasty lunchtime bento boxes and noodle dishes—aren't quite as flavorful or varied as those at Hiro. However, when it comes to sushi? Mmmmm, it’s all fantastic! Everything is well-prepared, fresh, and features some delightful creative specialties. Fuji is my go-to choice for a quick lunch and one of the places I genuinely enjoy for dinner.
