Nong Mai Thai French - Flamingo Heights

Last night was our first time going to this little place and we will definitely be back! The server was attentive and so sweet. The chef came out to greet us and make sure that we were enjoying our food and even brought us a free dessert. The food was spectacular.. so much flavor and love. We will be back this weekend with our kids!!

After seeing all the reviews, I was so excited to eat here. Unfortunately it didn't not meet of our expectations. When we arrived, we were the only table to be sat except for 2 employees eating at another table . That would normally be ok thinking that there's other employees in the back who can cook while these guys can take a break) except our dinner took 45 minutes from ordering to getting to the table. I am a server. Not once did the server acknowledge the length of service time or at least give us an excuse to why it was taking a long time. I enjoyed the chicken satay and the apple fennel salad ask for easy salt) but the main entrees that my party ordered were quit underwhelming.

I was visiting Vegas for my friends birthday from Hollywood where there is some awesome Thai, and this place, especially the Chefs recommendation blew me out of the water. Green curry was freshly made as were summer rolls, with avocado too! Please do yourself a favor and give this place a try. I know I will, everytime I'm in Vegas.

' 'I 'm glad that I finally found this place I 'm Thai and I know what the authentic Thai test like. I ordered Poh Tak Hot Pot, a seafood lemongrass soup and I could test the flavors of all fresh herbs that the chef 'd put in. Another dish which I tried was Chicken Green Curry, looked like the chili paste was made from the scratch, so testy and delicious. I definitely will come back to try the other menu. ;
