It's Just Wings - Flanders

The restaurant never received my order through the Uber Eats app due to a system error on their end and therefore never prepared it. The delivery person showed up and was told they didn’t have my order in the system. My order was cancelled nearly two hours after I placed it. It is now too late to have food delivered from there or another restaurant. I had to call the restaurant myself after nearly an hour and half to ask why my order was so severely delayed. That’s the only reason I even know what happened. Instead of preparing my order after seeing it on the delivery person app, i was told to order again online and come pick it up. Never ordering from here again.

I don’t understand where the bad reviews come from I’ve ordered from here multiple times through door dash and the wings are really good. Never had an issue with my order and good pricing! Don’t judge this place by the reviews, good

My food never came and all the manager wanted to do was recite “policy” at me. No apology, nothing helpful, just corporate policy about GrubHub drivers!!! Terrible business practice I don’t care HOW good the food might be!!!

Just Chilis scamming people. And that particular Chilis has both awful food and awful service.
