Panera Bread - Flanders

I waited 30 minutes for my food that I didn’t receive. They were not busy at the time so I’m not sure why it took so long for them to make a sandwich. When I asked for a refund being that the wait was so long they were unable to give me a refund. They had 4 people on staff and no line at the drive through so I’m not sure why they refused to give a refund air make my food. Service: Dine in

Came for their soup in bread bowl and upon arrival was informed there were no bread bowls. Disappointing.

This is why i don’t go to panera. Forgot half my order and took FOREVER to get my food just so they could forget my order. Not good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Consistently gets the order wrong. Forgets parts of a food (eg Greek Salad but no Feta). Will add food items that you requested to leave out due to food allergies. Manager is never available to speak, even during off peak hours. Today visiblyrotten lettuce and pepper was in both salads I ordered.
