Royal River Casino

Can never win. I like one person at Customer service he's always smiling and friendly. The restaurant is ok but they need to have timers on the buffet sometimes the is dry or overcooked.

We used to go there and have a nice time. Unfortunately we recently went the food was terrible, no ac in the hotel lobby 0nly in the rooms, we felt sorry for the employees on the hotel side,don't think we will go back .

Rooms were fine, although beds could be a bit softer. The casino was okay sized for the location, with a few newer machines and older machines. The restaurant buffet was not good at all, so I would highly recommend ordering off the menu if you plan to stop. Overall comfortable to stay at, but definitely in the middle of nowhere. We got a great value on the room though for a Friday night.

We go monthly throughout the summer to take my mother in law and everything is always good! They also don't charge for scooters which is huge for her as well because other casinos charge and it's so convenient and easy there. They go out of their way to make her feel special and I love that!
