Horrible customer service. Ordered a Mocha and the employee mistook it for an iced coffee with mocha syrup, I patiently corrected her and then she instantly got horrifically angry with me and said that I need to order correctly and got extra pissy when I repeated my order to make sure she understood it all. Later I found that she had stiffed me on one of my bagel minis, which I sure hope wasn't out of spite for our interaction.
