Darlin's Diner - Flatonia

Driving back to Houston from San Antonio we found this little gem of a diner! The service and food were amazing! Our Server was super friendly and just adorable! The owner (I assume she was) made sure to speak with us on the way out! I highly recommend this little diner in Flatonia!

Nice staff and fantastic location. Food is pretty good too. Sandwich was large with lots inside. Pretty classic but does the job. Cute little shot next door as well. Very cool to see young folks making sure that their town is not going away.

I found this as we were driving. Decided to stop by online menu and pictures of the diner looked enticing. It was a great experience. The food was served quickly and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

When you first walk in you can smell the coffee, and pancakes and it just smells amazing then you sit down and give your order and the customer service it great. Very sweet people with smiles on their face the whole time. That just leaves the food and it’s amazing has great flavor and good proportions.

I absolutely love this place! The french toast and biscuits and gravy are amazing, and the gravy is made from scratch daily. Can't wait to try out the new lunch menu! This is definitely a place you should stop at if you ever pass through. The manager and owner are delightful people, and the staff have been nothing but kind throughout all of my visits. 10/10 would reccomend. <3
