Dunkin' - Fleetwood

When I moved to this city in 2019, I loved to come to this place. They always made the latte on point and sandwiches. Recently it was terrible. I want to say it? Probably because of all new rentals, but it was a waste of money that last went several times. The sandwiches are either cold or burned. The hot Mocha Latte are tasteless. Try like all cream. The glazed donuts are not even glazed like the previous ones. Just a dry donut. Service is slow.

Horrible service and quality! This is the next Dunkin to me that is comfortable, but every time I go there, they don't get my coffee order right and they always forget to give me a part of my order. Some of the people who work there also have settings and one of the girls does NOT wear a mask. I'll drive the extra 8 minutes to go to another dunkin!

Her food was good in the past, but it seems that the quality of all sites has decreased slowly. Your vanilla chais are really good.

Clean and well stocked with product even at 2 in the afternoon. I do wish they would have more than 1 or 2 coffee cake muffins at a time.

I had received a free drink for my birthday so I came here to redeem my drink but they claimed that the coupon wasn?t working and wouldn?t let me use the coupon. I was pretty disappointed that they wouldn?t still honor my coupon. I don?t see myself coming to this location again.
