Sheetz - Fleetwood

Good gas station with cheap gas. Made to order food was good but the coffee at ready go brewer was little stale at evening time(at least when we tried). Easy accessible location , well maintained , clean restrooms etc.. staffs are attentive and accommodative.

Got gas, no problems. Went inside and grabbed a few drinks and to also get cigarettes. Cashier was super friendly. When I got home a few hours later I realized there were only 2 packs of cigarettes in my bag instead of the 4 I paid for. Wouldn't have been such a big deal, but I essentially got screwed over for more than 20 dollars! Yeah, I won't go here again. I can get gas and everything else somewhere else where they don't rip off their customers.

10 dollars for a mini subwrap like it was for a 2 year old, I feel ripped off.

I tried contacting sheetz before I made this review but I had no luck getting hold of anybody. I had such a good experience at the new renovated location on 501 E Bellevue Ave, Reading PA, but last night when I went to the location on 14350 Kutztown road, Fleetwood PA, my food was utterly terrible, everything looked like it was smashed/ stepped on. The fried appz were soggy almost wet. I ordered on the Sheetz app and payed before I got there. I just want a refund or store credit for my $18 order I couldn’t eat !

Sheetz has always been a great company! This store is great.
