This restaurant is declining in quality. It's always unclean, they often run out of menu items, and the chips are stale.
The toppings were all cold, and I’d recommend training the staff to keep them fresh and hot. Although the line workers were friendly, the dining area was quite dirty. I also noticed some staff using the same utensil to handle different items, which could pose a risk for those with allergies. Seriously, clean the tables! It’s a bit much to see a tip jar when I have to do the cleaning myself. What exactly am I tipping for? For fetching my own food? This tipping culture is getting out of hand. And the soda machine could use a good cleaning, too.
This Chipotle has just opened, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, especially for a new location. I was in and out in about 14 minutes, even during the lunch rush around 12:50 PM. The food was excellent, just like it always is at Chipotle. The restaurant faces some stiff competition nearby, with a Moe's and a Taco Bell in close proximity, but having more options really enhances the dining scene in this area. Fleming Island is a fantastic spot for lunch.
I was thrilled to discover that Chipotle finally opened in Fleming, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I ordered online (a Burrito Quesadilla) and found that several toppings were missing from both items. My burrito bowl lacked lettuce and cheese, while my quesadilla didn’t come with sour cream or tomato salsa. I was really disappointed when I opened my quesadilla and saw only beans as the side.
