Ihop - Fleming Island

A new one found near the house. I had the sampler and my wife the gluten-free waffle. Both were good. The service was good and waiting time was only about 15 minutes.

A wonderful breakfast for Father's Day shared with my husband. Our waitress was fast and every staff was so nice. IHOP was busy, but.; she scooted right thru very fast and efficient. Quickly friendly and very clean. I will surely go back and I recommend the IHOP in fleming island to everyone a great place for breakfast and lunch!!!

It's an IHOP. We went pretty close to them so that the floors and seats were not as spotless, but at least it was calm. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Very friendly and helpful.

Yummy breakfast. We immediately sat for breakfast on Easter Sunday. Food was delish. Our server Taylor was so sweet and friendly. Did she sing birthday to my son? Thanks for a great meal and a cheerful atmosphere.?????????

Alyssa is very friendly attentive and accommodating. She ensures my order is correct. The manager Juan always ensures my order is prepared correctly and cooked to perfection each and every time. He ensures the restaurant is clean and agreat environment. Perfect place to eat if you love this atmosphere.
