Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fleming Island

I always go to the tropical smoothness here in Fleming Island! You are always nice and friendly! This last time we went in and met the new manager! He was super nice and directed the employees. Our smoothie was delicious, I have the Paradise Point, my husband Sunrise sunset! Great taste! Our favorite! Was not a fan of the Chipotle chicken sandwich. But still very good! Come on!

I only had the worst experience in this place! I've never been treated so badly. I placed a mobile order for a green smoothie at this point so I could pick it up before work. I gave my name to the woman at the counter and she wanted to look for my order. She couldn't find it. Then she started frustrating and asking me? have you ordered it in the right place? Is it under another name?? She became super rude, but I told her I ordered at the right place and under my name. I even showed her my confirmation, which clearly stated my name and today? s date- all the info! She then said something about the power that goes out, and they never got my order? I understand. But instead of making my smoothie or helping me, she said if I want the smoothie, I would have to pay for it. Then I tried to show her the transaction history on my Marine Federal app, which clearly showed that I paid for it, but she refused to listen to me or watch my phone. Instead of helping me, she called me to say nothing she can do, and I would have to pay it again! I felt so embarrassed and I didn't do anything! I just ordered a smoothie! But instead I was yelled, suffered and not even got the smoothie I paid!! She just flattened to fix the situation, I just had to run away before it became a crazy argument about a damn smoothie! Everyone has bad days, but the whole ordeal was not called. She would have just made me the smoothie I paid, but instead she ignored me and made me ridiculous! I'll never go back there, which sucks because I loved the tropical smoothie before that happened. I'm just so disappointed.

The Quesadilla I ordered had hardly any chicken in it and they have no tomatoes or white Queso sauce as it requires. Total waste of money when you ask me

The staff is excellent! They are always very helpful and polite especially Alyssa. Every time I get in, she always asks me if I get me? It is always a great experience that comes to this place.

Cashier who worked Tuesday late morning was so nice, she helped me remember what smoothie it is I normally order. I could not remember the name of it and she took her time to figure out which one it was. Great quick and friendly service ?
