Contribuisci feedbackHostile work environment. The old manager would yell and cuss at the employees while customer were there waiting. If employees speak out about the hostile environment they are subjected to retribution from the owner. If I could give them zero stars I would.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Got parked for what was supposed to be 15 minutes, then an additional 5, then another three, and another three minutes because the thin crust was not ready. Just for by the time I go to actually get the pizza to be told that the thin crust had been burnt and they could make a new one if I wanted. I asked for a refund just to go back and forth and being told that because there was no manager there I may not be able to get my refund.
Its cheap pizza, but its good. prices have gone up though. Customer service is okay. A bunch of new people.
Moreover, I was unfairly restricted—only I was told I couldn't get a drink or eat anywhere except my car. It felt like I was being targeted. They pressured me to sign a document I disagreed with and informed me that I couldn't leave without signing it. When I requested a copy of the signed document, they denied my request, which I found to be completely unprofessional. I consider myself a good and honest worker, and it’s disheartening to be treated so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work there. My experience was very disappointing, and I hope this review reflects the reality of the situation, as I was genuinely hurt by the way I was treated. I needed that job to support my family.
It takes about an hour and a half to receive a hot meal that's ready to eat.
