Longhorn Steakhouse - Flemington

Placed a pick up order for a 9oz steak and lobster. They might have made a mistake in a hurry. My wife has a habit of weighing her proteins, so, when I brought the meal home she said it looks just like a 6oz steak I've had 2 days ago. I called the place and Suzanne answered I told her the issue and she called Rich (the manager? to the phone. He said he's got no way of proving it, and that it's only 6$.I called to report a problem and was made to feel like I'm the one that did something wrong. Rich offered me a $6 refund or an appetizer voucher but was busy and I had to hold. He called me back and I gave him order number We'll see if I get a refund.

A good place to go when you son needs to eat a (fairly) inexpensive steak

Great food and great service. We had the Flos filet 6 oz, baby back ribs, and French onion soup. Everything was delicious and prepared expertly. We especially liked the ribs.We unfortunately thought the boneless pork chops were too dry and said that to the waiter. He apologized and took it off our bill.

The filet was great, Brussel sprouts were phenomenal, and the service was great!

The food is ultimately pretty solid and I do quite enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant, more of a rustic vibe. The service in my case was excellent and I only give 4 stars because the food was good, but nothing to write home about.
