Jimmy John's - Flint

I had a terrible day and just needed a quick meal when I walked into the restaurant. The young man who took my order, Aidan H, was so kind and welcoming. He made me feel very appreciated. I left feeling much better thanks to Jimmy John's and the exceptional service from Aidan H. The food was also top-notch with a rating of 5/5.

It's ridiculous that the restaurant is not open until 10 on Fridays as advertised. I went to the drive-thru and was told they were closed. What a joke.

Ordered from here previously with delivery. Today, they took my delivery to the same road name ending with drive instead of court. The neighbor from road ending in drive had to deliver to my house. Food was not delivered until an hour later. Cole, the manager, would not return my order because I received my food, which again was delivered by neighbor. I asked for the tip and delivery fee to be returned, which Cole said could not be done but yet he could return my order if my food had not been delivered.

My boyfriend and I and his daughter visited here over a week ago. His daughter just had to have JJ’s for her birthday dinner tonight. The same cashier helped us today. I wish i could remember her name because she was so nice and she even remembered our conversation from the week before about his daughters birthday! The cashier told her happy birthday and made her face light up! Great service every time we stop in!Kid-friendliness: The kid LOVES this place!

Jimmy John's is an excellent dining spot with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. You're in for a treat if you've never tried one of their sandwiches before. Food quality: 5 out of 5.
