Mcdonald's - Flint

I have never experienced a bad customer service, nor have I received terrible food from this place. the personal is always beautiful. the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that many times I have been there and my order was wrong. missing food and the wrong product. the employees must work to observe their orders.

Through the driveway and was very disappointed. koks, double cheese quartier pounder a d 2 mcdoubkes for passagier and my own. they gave koks and said to go and wait for sandwiches. waited for a few minutes, had to finally go in and get sandwiches that were not warm plus koks was watered down. ast time i visit this location!

Curbside pick is getting worse and worse at this McDonald’s on Linden Road in Flint Township. When my order didn’t come out in 17 minutes, I called and spoke to the manager Richard who told me I didn’t have a curbside order and then he told it was there and on the way out to me. I waited 10 minutes more and called again and Richard said my order was waiting on fries. 27 minute wait curbside for french fries that I had to call inside McDonald’s to find out the status.

Dinner was terrible. Burger was burnt and bun was hard food was cold and I had to wait 20 minutes. Back to cooking.

Came here in a Saturday night this past weekend...3 people were running the WHOLE show. They were patient and professional at the windows. My friend andI we're very impressed.
