Selected running gear thru pick for mobile order. I am a disabled veterinarian and have a foot condition that sometimes makes living difficult. they told me I had to go in. in the interior the order was not even started. after 25min they said it was tested and ready to go. After 20min, the bags were opened and missed two commands by fritten and a wing. contacted popeyes and I was only 1000pts in the reward ap. they said it was worth two big pages. can not recommend would not return for a long time.

Love the costumer service. Nice friendly. Food was fresh and good. The young man I can't remember his name made sure my order was correct and apologized several times for the wait.

Not sure who was working on 9/12 but the regular crew wasn't there if l had time l would have brought the entire meal back the pop tasted like salt. Nugget mess all together and Mac and cheese the container wasn't even full wow come on ya do better it back

Got some spicy chicken sandwiches today, Tanisha (not sure of spelling) but the young lady made them perfectly, even checked after making one to make sure she put on enough spicy mayo for me, since I asked for extra. Clearly cared about doing a good job, A+ job on my order!

Placed a mobile order. When we got to the speaker and let them know we were here they said pull up to the railing. The came out to tell us to go park. Waited close to 20 minutes while cars behind us got their food. Finally my husband went in to ask and they acted like we hadn't been sitting out there, no apologies or anything. Got our order wrong and forgot a bunch of items. This was beyond ridiculous and upsetting. Atleast apologize and seem like you care
