Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Were we only supposed to receive a small piece of chicken with this meal? I also did not receive any brown gravy with my cold potatoes. Additionally, my beans did not have any sauce with them. My plate was a mess - the soup mixed in with the chicken and potatoes, making everything soggy. Can you please clarify how many biscuits and muffins were supposed to come with this order?

The entire meal was served cold and some of the corn muffins were burnt. We only received four dumplings. Despite these issues, the overall experience was great.

The chicken tenders were overcooked and burnt, with a bitter taste. The broccoli casserole was mushy and came in a very small portion. The sweet potato was average, but the marshmallow topping was not melted and remained hard.

Second time I didn't receive my Cracker Barrel Buttermilk Pancake Mix , didn't get the extra gravy I ordered and the Biscuits were so hard I could have broke a window if I would have thrown them through one.

Chicken and dumplings should be CHICKEN and dumplings not just 1 piece of chicken and the rest dumplings, broccoli was undercooked, meatloaf edge was burnt. I need to stop being lazy and either cook my own food or go get it myself so I can check it before I leave with it.
