Ehhhhh! I seriously LOVE their fries, so we stopped into this place! Eek! A little shady I must admit.

When Rallys came to this area two decades ago the BIG BUFORD was the BEST Fresh & crisp.

We were greeted by a female voice over the intercom who was rude and sounded like she hated her job. I ordered a Chili Cheeseburger, which the chili was spicier than usual. Had it not been for using the fry's to cool my starving butt I wouldn'thave been able to eat it. (I like spicy food) There was 1 vehicle in front of us and we waited way too long to receive our food.The only pleasant experience of our visit was a gentleman handing us our lunch and apologizing for the wait saying he was theonly one back there cooking. I love Rally's but not enough to visit the Mt. Zion location again. This isn't the first time Ihave had issues here.

Lobby closed on a Sunday around 1:45 Had to do drive thru and gave a simple order of 2 plain hotdogs and asked young kid for a few packets of ketchup and pulled away get back to Crittenden 15 miles away and they totally had order wrong and I wastedmy money on food I won?t eat
