Quick service but could have been a bit friendlier.

I really enjoy the Buffalo Chicken foot long sandwich.

The staff at the Carlton Drive location in Burlington, Kentucky is amazing. They consistently offer fresh options for my sandwich.

Not very friendly or helpful. I was pushing at the point where I didn't get what I wanted because they were near the closing time. bad customer service.

The first and last time I will visit this hotel. in the Turfway location and had 2 separate transactions. the eating was good, but because my daughter and I used coupons and they had a new system, there was a problem with the coupons that were applied to our two commands. the dame was super rude and complained about the coupons and the total cost of the food compared to what was listed on their menu. it cost her money. her accent was very hard to understand, but increasing her vote if someone does not understand is not good customer service. the man also said something to my daughter, about 1 piece of ice on the floor, which tipped out of her cup. she didn't throw that on the floor. she is not hired. it would be different if she had thrown the ice on the floor. ice spills occur mainly with an automatic ice dispenser. no great experience.
