We had to wait to be seated even though there were open tables. Not a big deal. We ordered our drinks first… a water and a root beer. Out of root beer. Ok, no biggie. Drinks came and we ordered an appetizer… Tater Bombs. Out of tater bombs. Ok, we’ll just skip the app. We places our food order… the Wendy burger, and a cheeseburger quesadilla. When told the quesadilla didn’t come with a side, I asked for a side salad with ranch. We waited quite some time for our food, and was initially given someone else’s order. The host finally brought out our food, and placed the quesadilla burger down in front of me and I asked about my salad. He pointed to the small container of lettuce/tomato that was on the tray with the quesadilla and told me that was the salad… I thought it was a small side of shredded lettuce that went with the quesadilla. Nope. It was the salad… for $4.29! They should be ashamed of themselves! The quesadilla burger was completely underwhelming. A broken up burger patty inside of a very large tortilla with a very scant amount of cheese. It wasn’t worth eating. As for the Wendy burger, it really wasn’t that bad aside from the canned, slimy mushrooms. The french fries that came with the burger, did seem to be hand cut, but they were cold and not cooked all the way. We were never offered drink refills. Ketchup was empty, we were never given silverware..eventually had to hunt someone down to ask for some. When we left 1720s Burger bar, we actually went over to Chili’s and got an appetizer because we were still hungry from the food we did not get to eat at 1720s.. Extremely disappointed in our meal
Loved this place!! Great food, service and drinks. You won't be disappointed
1720s is one of our regular spots. They’ve got a good variety of burgers and sandwiches. I like to get the spicy Bubba and have them add the blue cheese sauce from one of the burgers, or the foghorn Leghorn. My wife prefers the burgers, the Daisy is her favorite. One of our favorite items is the tater bombs. It’s like a giant tater tot tot but more tender, a real treat dipped in ranch sauce. They’ve got a full bar with a good selection of beers also.
This was an awesome visit! Brandy was a fantastic server—very friendly, fast, hardworking, and knowledgeable about the menu options. She gave us super recommendations. Cameron was very accommodating to make sure that we had a great meal. The food was incredible. This will be a regular stop in the future when we travel through Florence!
Overall it was a great experience. No major problems. The food was great and they got it to is very quickly. I plan to eat here again
