Arby's - Florence

There was one situation where I ordered and the man at the window charged me for an order that I did not make and didn’t even put my actual order in the system according to the manager. The boy clearing rang up his meal and charged me for it but the manager took care of it and I ended up getting my gyro for free. I hope they fired that boy.

I have always enjoyed the roast beef but today it was so dry and tasteless. The chicken slider was also very dry. I don't think I will be going back for awhile. So disappointed

Food was delicious and fresh. Service was great. Dining area exceptionally clean. Everyone was friendly towards us.

Stopped for lunch. The food was hot, fresh, and very flavorful. it was kind of quiet, only a few people were dining in. very clean.

The best roast beef sandwich I have had in quite some time, and we eat at Arby's quite often.
