Bojangles - Florence

I had to request my items three times, and the staff had a poor attitude at the window. I won't be returning, as the back of the restaurant was dirty, with paper scattered on the ground.

As a trucker, I was disappointed to find the lobby closed, especially since I can't use a drive-thru because of the size of my truck. This was particularly frustrating during the busy lunchtime hour.

The food was fantastic! Although the service wasn't the fastest, the quality of the food and the pleasant atmosphere made up for it. The landscaping was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly.

It was my first visit, and the food was delicious. The service was both professional and friendly.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and attentive. It was the only place within a 5-mile radius where we could sit down and enjoy our meal inside, as everywhere else we passed only offered drive-thru options.
