Burger King - Florence

I went through the drive thru ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that is on the menu. They don't carry grilled chicken anymore. Here's an idea...take it off the menu. Normally I wouldn't care but my wife just had an operation, she's in the hospital and hasn't eaten in 21 hours.

Food was fine. I understand being short staff especially on the nighy shift, but it took a while to get the food. Plus whatever argument that was going on was definitely off putting. They also messed up my order but I didn't want to wait again so I left with the food I had.

Drive-thru open...only! Struggling, and like other fast foods , will end-up being a Chinese restaurant...

SLOW! plan on 30 minutes for service. DIRTY tables. DIRTY Bathrooms. Did i say SLOW? No more BK for me. Anywhere.

I gave a 1 cause i couldn't go lower ! Ive been eating at this store for over 10 yrs. i wanted a original chicken with mozzarella n marinara sause n they would not make it for me i been getting it there for a long time and they got very nasty with me when i said isent it have it your way im the customer ! nope the maneger is a nasty **** if u dont like your job leave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would add a photo BUT I DIDENT GET MY FOOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
