Burger King - Florence

The BBQ sauce for the nuggets is always forgotten without fail.

I visited this restaurant twice this week in the evening. The staff was very friendly and my food was served hot.

I ordered a burger and it was prepared incorrectly. I returned to the restaurant to have it replaced, but when I got back to work, it was still wrong.

Tuesday 9:15 pm. At the drive thru for 20 minutes. Employee kept saying, Give me a minute. Finally took my order. Waited 10 minutes for food.

Staff has improved a lot from the past. The problem with it here now is that it's like Burger King, the company, forgot about this location. It's the Burger King that time forgot. Outdated seating area, discoloration in the windows, huge cracks in the walls, missing shades and burnt out lights, and outdated beverage dispenser. This place needs a major face-lift.
