Contribuisci feedbackThis place is a sweat. the last two deliveries we ordered have almost 90 minutes. our first delivery before a few weeks was not even our order, so we ended it back to the load to get a refund because nobody would answer the phone. tonight, after we finally got our order, it was hardly warm and there was no soaking on the pizza. When they think of ordering from here, they save themselves the disappointment and order somewhere else
OK I had to give a few stars extra simply because some of the problematic staff has been removed or is went on to other restaurants. And Lord help those restaurants are going to need all the luck they can get. Anyways work here the district manager was rude treating me like **** fostered a hostile work environment with her Simp boyfriend who was like the head deliver a guy or something I don't know he look like a Neckbeard to me, anyways she on one occasion threaten a punch me in the face not sure why. Then on another occasion shove me away from the phone while I was on the phone with a customer, told me to disobey their corporate policy or whatever policy John glass Pizza has. Said do as I say not what they say. Then told me to get the F out of the store after she retaliated when I filed a complaint for her unprofessional behavior. She has no place in management whatsoever, this is what happens when you give a Karen power folks. Anyways she's no longer there so I have to give a few stars the pizza is good it's decently priced and hopefully they've gotten rid of the negative staff. And will realize you can't fire someone if they file a complaint against a district manager.
Let me first say, I NEVER write reviews unless it is absolutely deserving. I ordered a pizza for my son at 6:17pm today. After it being an hour and the tracker still showing prepping I called Domino's in Florence to check on it! I talked to Lance and he apologized and explained their situation! I then told him I ordered a pizza for my son so that I could have him eat prior to me going to the ER due to possible covid. He was one of the most genuine people that I have encountered in a long time in customer service! He checked on the pizza for me and pushed it out as quick as he could! Not only this but I just received a coupon via email for a free pizza that I was NOT expecting but definitely put a smile on my face even with me feeling so awful! Thank you Lance for being so kind and understanding!!! You deserve some recognition and a raise!!!
Took an hour to get our nasty food. Had to go find the delivery guy after watching him pull in the parking lot and turn around. The person who I talked to when I called 45 minutes after ordering was rude and lied. I would recommend people avoid that place
Honestly I hate to be this person.We ordered our food at 12:30 AM, here it is 1:30 AM and our food was still saying quality check. I called and spoke to someone, who said “no it’s done, it’s just sitting here waiting.” So I sent my husband to get it for us instead, the guy told me the delivery charge and tip would be refunded. He refunded the tip, still charged us the 5.99 delivery fee, and our food was cold..
