Donatos Pizza - Florence

The overall meal was good, I would give it a 7. I ordered an individual thick crust chicken spinach mozzarella pizza with a chicken Caprese salad and two breadsticks. The food could have been hotter. I liked the drive-up option, but the location was definitely small.

We ordered 2 steak hoagies, both of which were scrumptious. Unfortunately, when I asked for pickles, I was charged an additional 50 cents for each sandwich. This experience has led me to decide not to return to Donatos.

The staff was really nice. When we got there it turned out the internet had went out. And it was right after we ordered. And they were so sweet and accommodating. I will say it threw me off that the Hawaiian pizza had cinnamon and sliced almonds. Kindof threw me off. But super sweet people

Chris, the employee at this restaurant, is fantastic. He is both friendly and helpful, and he was the only one who greeted me when I entered the store.

Worst customer service ever. How can you tell me that you can?t do a pizza with no cheese and I get it that all the time. Never going back here again. Your employees also shouldn?t be rude on the phone either.
