Dunkin' - Florence

We’ve visited several Dunkin’ locations from the Northeast down to Florida, and this one is by far the friendliest. We've been here a few times, and we always leave with smiles on our faces and our orders correct.

My experience at this Dunkin' location has been fantastic. I visit almost every evening, and the two employees, Sheryl and Tyrek (sorry if I spelled their names incorrectly), always greet me warmly when I arrive. They consistently make my drinks perfectly. Great job, you two!

The staff are always friendly and prepare my order quickly! I'd much rather come here than the Starbucks down the street.

The lobby was spotless, and the interior was quite empty. However, I was surprised by how long it took for my two coffees to arrive. There was a mix-up with my order, which caused me to wait an additional 30 seconds for the right one. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush. The donuts were fresh, and the coffee was delightful! I also appreciated hearing one of the employees thank the drive-thru customers for their patience. I really value it when staff acknowledge any delays.

I’ve been really enjoying the new midnight coffee blend at Dunkin' Donuts. When I asked at the counter if it was available, they happily offered to brew me a fresh pot. Now that’s what I call fantastic service! The blend is packed with flavor, especially when paired with the salted caramel flavoring. I love that I can still taste the coffee underneath the cream. Plus, the location is superb.
