Dunkin' - Florence

We’ve visited several Dunkin’ locations from the Northeast down to Florida, and this one is by far the friendliest. We've been here a few times, and we always leave with smiles on our faces and our orders correct.

My experience at this Dunkin' location has been fantastic. I visit almost every evening, and the two employees, Sheryl and Tyrek (sorry if I spelled their names incorrectly), always greet me warmly when I arrive. They consistently make my drinks perfectly. Great job, you two!

The staff are always friendly and prepare my order quickly! I'd much rather come here than the Starbucks down the street.

I was pleasantly surprised that my order was ready and accurate this time. Normally, they only manage to get my drink right, and I end up having to remind them about the rest of my order. I tried the stuffed bagel bites, but I was let down; they were mostly just bread and bagel. Additionally, they’re quite pricey for just two. I won't be ordering those again. They also rarely have my favorite chocolate-covered cream-filled donut available. On a positive note, the munchkins make for a fantastic snack!

The staff lacks adequate knowledge about their products. The shelves are unmarked, causing both customers and employees to guess what the items are. Product availability is inconsistent, and the overall service is lacking.
