Hardee's - Florence

The food is very good when you wait a long time to get the food. Customer service is not the best here, because only a few work only during the shifts and you wait almost 30 minutes for a meal. You need to hire more people to help this store run efficiently!

This is the worst hardee's ever... every time I order a hot dog... escold and the bread comes apart... the customer service is bad...

Today was a positive culinary experience with this hardee. The manager had worked things like a well-oiled machine. In the past it has been met and miss with usually added a long waiting period for good measure. Not today. Service was friendly, didn't take long to get our food, and it was hot, fresh and tasty when she gave it to me... how it should be.

This hardee was nice. The employees actually seemed to enjoy their job and they seemed really happy to see customers. Very rare!! It was very clean and the food was great

Hats off to Dontay who make the breakfast biscuits, that young man NEEDS a Raise he and his morning crew, I never have to wait a minute late they are Awesome!!!!
