Ichiban Sushi Florence

Disappointed the salad and soup is not included in the price like every other Japanese steakhouse. I would rather it be hidden in the price if that is the case, because you just come to expect it when you visit these types of restaurants. It is the equivalent of being charged for your chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant, not a a big deal, but big enough to keep me from returning.Also, the hibachi chef complained of how lazy our server was for 5 minutes and about how slow business has been. The chef didn’t do anything on the grill except cook the food, and we had 2 kids with us, so the volcano and all of the other opportunities to entertain the kids was never done. You take all of this stuff into consideration, and it may be why business has declined.

Really disappointed. The last time I ordered sushi it tasted off and sour, but I figured it may have just been a me problem or a one time thing. Revisited today and it was worse. I took one bite of the sushi and couldn’t eat anymore. I’ve been enjoying sushi for many years and it’s never tasted like that. I let staff know and I was given a “discount” totaling to $1.50. I used to really like this place but I unfortunately will not be back.

Literally everything about this place was fantastic! Lots of garlic and actual spices used! Amazing food great atmosphere, servers were very attentive! Will be back here every time we are in this area!

Everything was quite flavorful, friendly staff and a nice show.

Little amount of food for 22 dollars , and have to pay for soup and salad for the dinner???? Rice has to much soy sauce and their yummy sauce taste like sour cream. Felt very rushed, only in there for 20 minutes and I had 2 waiters , and they kept going up to me ever 3 or so minutes. Do Not Recommend.
