Contribuisci feedbackThe service I was treated was very rude I understand that they were about to close but there was no reason to be given the service that I was given. And I understand that you are tired and have worked a long shift but there is no rights to be treating a customer with disrespect
I found cardboard pieces in two of my donuts. The first time I figured it could be a mistake so I discarded it but i opened another tonight and found another piece.edit: I searched through and found two additional pieces, there’s no way they didn’t know cardboard fell in.
Very rude, underhanded comment was made, not directly at me, but loud enough so I could hear it. I had put in an extra order at the window and the cashier was told by the order taker, that she was holding up the car line, really meaning that I was holding up the car line, by adding an extra order at the window, is how I understood it, or why would that had been said, at that particular moment, if it had nothing to do with me, the customer. I also felt rushed when placing my order at the speaker. I am handicap and a little slow, and I found her fakeishly nice with a truly bad attitude. The attitudes these employees have, are like it's a total bother they have to take your order in the first place. This is not the first time I've experienced rudeness at this KK. Makes me think no employees are happy working there or they just don't want to work.
So I a moble order for delivery . They dint send th coffee with the order . Called and lady said it got left she'd leave it at the drive through . informed her I was at work and couldn't go pick it up I asked for a refund on the coffee she hung up on me . So money lost and wasted time .
11 am and the line was out the door. like everyone likes to do watch the donuts, we’ll bunch of the fell on the floor and nobody cared. One of the lady workers complained the whole time while she wanted on people.
