Longhorn Steakhouse - Florence

After being told there was a 30 minute wait we went to our car, as directed, and watched the message sent to us to follow what number in line we were. When it got down to 4th in line we were expecting the notification that our table would be ready soon but the next message said we were no linger in line for a table. Cancelled out after a 30 minute wait. We did go inside and get a table after explaining what happened. The food and service was good but they had the issue with being dropped off waiting list with more thsn just my party. It turned out to be fine but they should try to resolve that issue.

Food and service was great as always! Love that we were able to wait in our cars instead of inside. We received a text when our table was ready.

This is one of my favorite places to visit. The waiting time was three times shorter than at Texas Roadhouse. I had the Ribeye, and it truly made me happy. I have no doubts or regrets—it was a wonderful dinner. The waitress was great, and everything was perfect!

Amazing experience! Emily was exceptional! The manager even came over to check on us. I enjoyed a wonderful meal with my family, and everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but that's just a sign of their success in the post-COVID era. Overall, it was a fantastic meal in a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely dine here again!

I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, the food arrived quickly, and everything was prepared and served just as I had ordered. Our waitress, Oniko, was very friendly and truly a pleasure to have.
