Mad Mike's Burgers Fries - Florence

This restaurant is incredibly popular. The staff is friendly and well-organized. The dining room is closed, but you can pick up online orders inside, and third-party delivery options are also available. Chick-Fil-A has truly excelled at providing efficient drive-thru service during the pandemic, and there's always a long line at every location. Kudos to the chain!

My only issue with this restaurant is the incredibly long drive-thru lines! It seems like no matter the time of day or night, the line is always wrapped around multiple times and spilling out onto the main road. However, I discovered that you can actually walk in and place your order! This is fantastic! Instead of waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru (which I really dislike), we simply walked in and received our food within five minutes. So, aside from it being crazy busy because the food is so delicious, I really love this place. Their food is amazing, and the customer service is very friendly as well.

I absolutely love the deluxe chicken sandwich! It features a generous portion of delicious, crispy chicken that’s incredibly tender. Unlike many places that skimp on the meat and load up on buns and veggies, this sandwich really delivers. Although there was a long line of cars, they have an excellent system in place that gets you through quickly. My order was flawless, especially given how hectic it must have been for the staff. It’s truly delicious and well worth the trip down the hill!
