Mcdonald's - Florence

Mcdonalds experience ever. I went through the city and went through the drive with my wife. When I came to the order microphone, I was asked to wait. then they ignored me for 10 minutes. people behind me were angry and honking, and some left the line and drove away. I tried to ask the microphone if someone was there, but the woman who seized command ignored me. I finally got frustrated and continued. I never have my mcflurry. I was so angry at the experience that I had zero desire to go back to any mcdonalds anytime soon. that all happened on Sunday, May 22, when the manager reads that.

They claim they are short staff, but those who are here move in a screw step. keep the escaping area as they cleanse.....no try to clean. made of ice are drinks warm. French fries partly raw.

Of course my 6 year old loves there happy meals. But they had good customer service and very nice staff.

Not one table in the dining room was clean. No one was cleaning anything during my time dining, either. It was 3 pm and not at all busy. Couldn't provide a receipt for my order as I requested. Said printer was down and attitude was somewhat dismissive.Had to request napkins there were none in the dispenser next to the soda fountain, which, along with the floor, was in need of major cleaning. Also had to request ketchup and salt. All in all a disappointment.

Delicious filet o fish! hot and crispy! I ate my sandwich and pommes. the bathrooms were very clean! I will make it a point to stop here on my next visit to florence!
