Pizza Hut - Florence

The wait time was 15 to 20 minutes. I ended up waiting for over 45 minutes before the server had to inquire about the delay with my order. The sausage pizza had a bitter or stale taste. I was extremely disappointed with my meal.

The pizza and wings at this restaurant are good, but I have found that the pizza tends to be a little dry. I have given them 4 stars because despite requesting extra sauce multiple times, I often find that my pizza still does not have enough sauce. Whether I order online or over the phone, I make it very clear that I want extra sauce, but it seems that my requests are not always met. I have had multiple instances where there is barely any sauce on my pizza at all. It is possible that my definition of "extra" differs from theirs, so I may need to specify the exact amount of sauce I want in more detail. Overall, I would recommend clarifying the measurements they use for adding extra sauce in order to avoid any confusion.

I had a great experience last week, but the pizza I tried yesterday was not enjoyable.

Pizza arrived barely warm. Box was smashed as was the box of cinnamon buns. Chicken nuggets were warm, but thrown in the container without celery or carrots and no dressing

Pizza was ready on time correct. I had stopped using this Pizza Hut because of rudeness but they’ve gotten better.
