Contribuisci feedbackWe were seated in about 10 minutes. Other people came in later and were served drinks and biscuits. I tried several times to get the attention of the manager and servers but they ignored me. After 45 minutes I went to the front desk and said I think we were skipped. I explained other people came in after us and had been served …she said she would get our server. 10 minutes later still no service. We left. Really disappointed. We were craving crab legs. I won’t be back
Wife and I went for dinner. Had there all you could eat shrimp. Everything was excellent and the weight was only a couple minutes. Service was good
Everything was great there was 4 of use 3 ordered the endless shrimp the other fish and chips we wouldn't get through eating until they would ask if we wanted more shrimp and even ask if we would drinks. Great service.
When my wife, daughter, and I walked into Res Lobster at 7:45 p.m. there were maybe 15 people there(give or take), the hostess said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. They claimed that there were only 4 servers; surely all of us didn’t get there all at once. I have seen eating establishments a lot more packed than this and 4 servers did just fine. We had to wait for an hour for our food. Now that being said, our waitress was great, and very friendly; we had a great time talking to her. The food and drinks, was hot and very tasty. Note: the waitress said the hostess was new, and she wished she would have brought back to her section as soon as we walked in.
We went several months ago. We are still thinking about how amazing it was. The food was decent, but Lewis was out of this world. He was our savior. Lewis, if you’re out there, it’s us. We have not forgotten about you. We return every week to red lobster looking for you. Great customer service. Lewis, you changed lives. Keep up the outstanding work x
