Starbucks - Florence

My 2022 can be last trip because I am diagnosed with ALS. Large western town Safeway, much cleaner than NJ supermarkets... Oil

So I sent my Bf with an order of two drinks. I think they probably don't come back as I wrote them down. Usually when I get coffee something goes wrong because of my picky taste and my allergies! Not here, although I was very satisfied, they made sure that everything was on the list and that replaced during milk with nanny!! Very satisfied with the coffee and with the girls who made it!!! My buddy said they were nice and helpful!!

There was a mix with my order (from their control) and the barista and manager did not even ask to fix it for me. Excellent customer service! I don't write reviews normally and I felt compelled to do this because they were so nice and accommodating.

While on my vacation to Chicago I stopped the local Starbucks 3 different times. Each day I ordered a decaf pour-over w/oatmilk. I learned about steamed milk. Perfecto! The last day of my trip I purchased an iced coffee for a wheel chair homeless vet. He actually did not want it...which was fine. ..but the barista put sugar in it...gross! I tossed it. Maybe in the drink prep line...one of the staff did NOT read

Usually pretty crowded or just a single person working so it can take a minute to get your drink. There's no tables right now so it's a little annoying but still good coffee.
