Starbucks - Florence

Fix your equipment! I stopped going there because they couldn't give a receipt. After at least a month, out of convenience, I stopped there this morning, guess what, still can't get a receipt. I'm done with this location and about to be done with Starbucks altogether.

Great location, but sometimes it seems like they need at least 2 people working here. it can get very busy for the single barista.

Always good. This location is always busy right in the mist of the main shopping area on mall road in Florence, Kentucky. The service is is always pleasant and the staff is friendly. The only complaint about this location is accessible of the drive through one has to circle the building and the went existing it is only a one way turn which will take you away from the shopping centers in the area.

Delicious as always! I love the frappuccino. I get my daughter a vanilla-bean-frapuccino (has no coffee in it) when we go there and she loves her. my favorites are the mocha wrap, espresso wrap, and I like the white chocolate mocha hot coffee. the pink drink is also a good type of different but good. I love dieucks so that I always look for different things to try and they have all kinds of things! usually spend about 6 dollars per drink.

They are definitely not what they once were, flavor was horrible and no attention to detail in making specialty coffee, Maxwell house was better
