Subway - Florence

This is a fantastic spot to refuel and grab some snacks. I opted for takeout and found the prices to be very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. The food quality was impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was outstanding, deserving a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was also quite pleasant, rating a 4. Highly recommended!

This is truly one of the worst Subway locations I've ever visited. The service was incredibly slow, and it was clear that the staff lacked proper training. I ordered a salad, but they attempted to serve me a half-empty bowl with neither lettuce nor spinach. I had to ask several times for them to add enough lettuce to fill the bowl properly. They also didn’t offer to chop the salad for me. The taste was just what you'd expect from Subway—hard to get wrong. Overall, I’d rate the food a 4 and the service a 2. For a take-out lunch, I spent between $10 and $20.

It is always a good experience in the shop, wonderful customer service and delicious food. But sadly the online ordering is kind of lacking. They get the order right but never seem to toast it as requested. All in all a solid choice
