Texas Roadhouse - Florence

Hopefully you like salt! They were made of icy, limonade and she had to ask us three times what we ordered for drinks! when we ordered the Combo Appetizer, the server told us that they were out of the slang and would give us more potato skins! when it arrived, it usually had all the kartoffels and 3 chicken bites. they were also from the steak cabins, but had steak tips? when they delivered the food, the steak tips were cold, the pulled swarm was so salty if it was not edible and a meal was not delivered until all others had already eaten. When I asked to adjust the bill, the waitress said I need to charge it to the full combo. She also accused us of the iron, although they were out of him and we did not receive him. service ever, we will not be back! I'd rate it a zero if I could. burger king or mcdonalds would have been a better worth!

We have waited 30-40 just 5-6 minutes ago as soon as we checked in the restaurant. service was nice, the waitress did amazing and they had the eating in great time. everything followed each other as it should, even if they were busy. Eating was great, but I will give 4 stars because there is always room to improve! the only thing I missed was the pfeffergras sauce I get with my pork.

Good steaks, cheap. faster and friendly service. good selection of beer. platz is big and difficult to maintain, it was on a very busy day (st patrick’s and near the closing time), but cleanliness could improve a bit. laminated menus at the table were somewhat greasy and table a bit sticky. overall was a good value for a good dinner a step of I-95 on a long trip. I recommend it and would certainly consider returning if I am the opposite and in the mood for a good steak.

5 stars! All of our food was delicious, the Cactus Blossom was perfect, the strawberry lemonade was delicious. This time I ordered a Smokehouse Burger and it was very good!! Everything was nice and hot. Our server did an excellent job and we were able to meet the manager Sarah Burkette. She was very nice. Keep up the good work, can't wait to go back!

The managers and staff were great as always. Today my steak and my fiances ribs were not cooked well at all. My steak was very under done which is hard to do because ima medium rare type guy. My fiance on the other hand ordered ribs and they were very very tough. She even had a hard time pulling the bone out. Now I'm not putting down texas road house. We have probably eaten there 30 times and had only two experiences that were less then pleasant including this one. All in all this is a great place to eat with a wonderful staff who want to really take care of you.
