White Castle Florence

We enjoyed our Valentine's Day evening in the white castle. the server worked very hard. we left a tip. I was so sad to find out that no other customers left the server a top

We did the white table cloth dinner a few years back and was really nice. Just was not well organized this time

Took our grands to White Castle for Valentines Day. A good fast budget dinner for the kids, and I enjoyed seeing other families sharing the day with their families as well.

We went to white castles for Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation as everyone else had to have to participate. When we arrived it was very chaotic. People were waiting on their table, the servers were running around, a couple left because no one took their order. You would think that since you had to have a reservation that there would not be so much chaos! Finally we did get to sit down after hearing the staff continually say that they were so crowded. Again with reservations there shouldn’t be a surprise. The food was very hot and good and we were thankful for that. A good suggestion might be that the staff need to be trained and to make the valentines experience better or I’m afraid White Castle may not be the place to go to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The manager there was absolutely wonderful! Even though they were super busy on Valentine’s Day, she ran herself ragged trying to accommodate everyone. Super friendly and made sure to greet each guest with a smile!!
