Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The chicken was dry and there wasn't enough sauce. It was just average. My son and husband ordered fried pickles (didn't say why) and only ate about four before throwing the rest away. The french fries tasted like frozen fries with Old Bay seasoning and the wait time was frustrating. I am full, but it wasn't a memorable experience that would make me want to come back.

The customer service at this restaurant is very disappointing. They don't even deserve a single star. They do not provide any value for what you pay, and if you try to complain, they are unwilling to listen and may argue with you. I will never return here and I suggest choosing a different restaurant instead.

This was the worst Zaxby's experience I have ever had. The food usually tastes the same at Zaxby's, but this time it was bad. The chicken tenders were small, the fries were cold, and even though I asked for them to be double fried, it seemed like a regular order. I am grateful that I do not live near this Zaxby's location and only experienced it while traveling.

The food was delicious and fast they serve thru. I was just after eating in my car and found the bathroom the floor was dirty without paper and slippery floors in the dinning room. ?

Long wait line for drive thru thinking it’s because the food is good is actually because there is one person barely working and the other are hanging out having a good time. Chicken was dry, fries were old and cold barely any sauce on a sandwich plainly sad looking. Wasted $30 dollars on this place only to throw the food away. Not a single one of the workers acknowledge us as costumers with a polite greeting. The person that took our other over the intercom sounded bothered we where there to order food. Look elsewhere for decent quality food that won’t leave you hungry.
