Mcdonald's - Florida City

This McDonald's inside Florida City Walmart is got to be the worst, and expensive too!Since they're no longer using the soda dispensers, they buy 2-litter bottles and pour the beverages. They no longer have diet soda available since it's obvious they don't buy it....I think that's unsanitary....

Ordered a ice coffee once it was done they came out with a normal coffee we confronted them saying we ordered a ice coffee they went back inside and added ice to the warm coffee once we got it the coffee was watered down and

They literally suck.. horrible customer service and I asked for a cold iced coffee and they made it hot when I told them I wanted it iced they gave attitude and jus put the hot coffee in ice which caused it to become watered down. Horrible never going back

Not great service……no matter what time of day. AND CHECK YOUR ORDER AS IT WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BE WRONG!!!

Very poor customer service, I understand situations happen, and places of business do run into power outages. However to have no signs posted into just let customers stand there and wait because they think you're open is very poor customer service. On top of that, when someone pulls up to the window and people are standing there, they notice you but ignore you and not even let you know that the establishment may be closed again is just poor customer service. You have better options for McDonald's in the city. Go there.
