Archie's Trattoria Park Caracoli

Good pizza and service. Service at this location can be good or bad depending on the day and time. The gentleman making the dough and running the oven, who always seems to be there, deserves a raise.

For starters I ordered a mushroom soup which was not my favorite except for the bread that comes on top (delicious), for main dishes I ordered the veal with carbonara sauce (10/10) and some cannelloni in white sauce (8/10). The service was excellent, the waiter was very attentive, I told him that the cannelloni was dry and he very kindly brought me extra sauce. I recommend the restaurant

Would be more stars for nice service, but almost two hours waiting for pizza is a bit too much.

The personal pizza is more than enough if you are starving. I ordered the one with prosciutto and arugula and it was excellent, the base cheese gave it a very tasty flavor. Accompany it with a mint lemonade. The attention is first class, the time they brought it to me was minimal. I would go again without a doubt!
