Captain D's - Florissant

I use the drive through kovid, but eating is always hot and fresh. service is also friendly.

The customer service was great. eating was hot and fresh I just didn't care about the small portions of cats and the taste of the new cod, whatever the new white meat fish they use. it was a gray color and not a tasteful.

I thought this place was okay first. but the longer I was there, I noticed that this place has serious problems. there is no communication between the employees: the foremost say in the kitchen what to do and it is wrong. so the hired front screamed at the hired in the kitchen what she actually said. I saw several false commands, workers laugh and play around, phone calls on their hands and whoever the manager was nothing. the food I ordered just sat there and I waited for someone to give it to me. Nobody did it. I had to go up and plead with them to give me my food and to give my clothes, and the woman who gave me my order had an evil attitude. the kerl in register tried to laugh and talk about why eating was wrong or late. there was a car that came through the drive thru and paid, but the staff told them that they would wait outside and the order would be delivered to the car. they took so long that the car went away without getting the food they paid. the hired were not, the manager did nothing. it's like the place is full or not.

I've paid $10,000 for the lemon pepper. When I got my plate, my salmon was as hard as a rock. It was NOT fresh. I told them and they replaced my flesh with 2 pieces of fried fish; that was not fresh and 1 piece was unified. Captain D must make it better!!!!

I haven't ate captain D's in a long time lol [today is the first time of 2022] but their portion sizes have greatly decreased, everything was so small like kids meal SMALL, barely any fries....but it was fresh hot and the order was correct so I'll take what I can get; and my jalapeño poppers were delicious!
