Domino's Pizza - Florissant

They really try hard there to ensure that everything is right and they get their food hot and fresh, but it does not help when they come and begin to argue and complain to their food is late when they only give one driver the people they make their food better respect as they want respect

On my latest visit, I ordered two pizzas, two orders of wings, and a salad, but only received one pizza and a very wilted salad. When I pointed this out, she asked me to read back my receipt instead of checking her screen, all while maintaining an attitude as if I were bothering her or being dishonest. The pizza was dry, and the wings were cold. I will not be returning to this location, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others as well!

I placed my order via the app. When it was time to pick up, we parked in the contactless carry out spot and let them know we were there. Per Domino’s policy, if they don’t bring it out within 2 minutes, your next pizza is free. We waited 5 more minutes and had to go in to pick up our order. My husband went on the inside and mentioned the policy just for some young fat girl to say, “I don’t know and I don’t care about no free pizza.” This service is just as trash as her attitude and you shouldn’t have nasty people like that working for you. She needs some customer service training or a new job. ASAP.

I placed my order at 5:20, and the email I received indicated that it would be delivered within 30 to 40 minutes. Now it’s 6:10, and the tracker shows that it’s still in preparation. I’ve tried calling to cancel my order, but no one answers the phone. How can I rate this with negative stars?

The driver, Steven, was fantastic! He was very friendly! I have ordered from here before, and he must remember that I have many children. I took some extra paperboard and napkins! The customer service was exceptional!
