Contribuisci feedbackI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Even though there were only 4 cars in the drive-thru, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before placing my order. To make matters worse, my entire meal was incorrect and even the drink was wrong. It seems like some of the staff are not competent enough to handle their jobs. I am truly unsure how this location is still operating. They should just demolish the entire building.
I was disappointed to see that there was almost no fudge on our fudge parasols. The drive-thru lady was extremely rude and ignored customers while they were placing their orders. Additionally, she did not repeat the order back to the customers, forcing them to repeat their order at the window. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at Freddy's.
I recently visited Freddy's in Florissant and was disappointed to find out that they had changed their reward system, rendering my reward unusable. This was the main reason why I decided to leave, but when I expressed my frustration to the manager, Tiffany, she went above and beyond to honor my previous order. Tiffany truly made my day and I am grateful for her exceptional customer service.
The food was fresh and made to order. the staff seemed very friendly and had a great job. everything came out as expected and quite quickly. will definitely visit again.
The sandwich was good the fries were hot but stale and then they put stale with the hot fries were burnt so NO they weren't good, but they have a big sign say won't cook until order lies!!!! Was not impressed with Freddy's at all not sure that I'll come back.?
