Little Caesars - Florissant

I visited this restaurant in the evening, and there seemed to be only two employees working. One of them was a young African-American woman who made my experience truly special. Despite the challenges, she handled everything with a smile, taking orders and managing the register seamlessly. The pizza I received was incredible, and she prepared it right in front of me. I truly hope the management recognizes her outstanding service – she deserves recognition, if not a promotion or even ownership of the shop. Everyone in the lobby waiting for their pizzas was praising her, and I couldn't agree more!

I had to wait a bit longer than usual, but the staff member who assisted me apologized for the delay and generously offered me a complimentary marinara sauce. She was really juggling multiple tasks at once. While my food was being cooked and baked, she kept the area clean, answered phone calls, and made sure to wash her hands before handling my food, as well as before taking it out of the oven to cut and pack. I know this should be standard practice, but honestly, it's not something you see often in restaurants these days. I truly appreciated her effort.

We visit this restaurant frequently. The staff is generally friendly and quick to take our orders. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it always feels uncomfortably hot inside, which makes waiting a bit uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work in those conditions.

Under new ownership, so the $5 pizzas are now just $5! Sure, it is not the highest quality, but it is cheap and good. Perfect for satisfying a home full of hungry teenagers. Oh, and the pizza actually has a crust. Not this soda cracker thin St. Louis style.

They have the Hot and Ready's on deck. Decent service. Thanks. They need to have some professional sign flippers out there to get more business. It would be cool seeing people that actually attract business instead of having kids that don't care.
